The purpose of this blog is to share my journey of
learning about the different types of assistive technology that are available,
with my focus being on Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Universal Design for Learning is an
educational framework that guides the development of flexible learning
environments that can accommodate individual learning differences.
My goal is to explore and learn many different
strategies and techniques that I will be able to incorporate into a classroom,
in order to assist every student. I want
to learn how to assist every student in my classroom and make learning less
frustrating, and more achievable. By
learning how to use and implement UDL properly, this goal can be more
attainable by all students.
